This week's blog is a meandering chat about a powerful mindfulness visualisation technique I have used, and continue to use, on a regular basis.
It has helped me live through the many difficulties I have faced, whilst enabling me to remain balanced.
This doesn't mean that I didn't have difficult days, on the contrary, it just means I learned to witness the sadness, hurt or even carnage, and know that this too shall pass. It permitted me to feel the pain but not to drown in it.
I rode the waves of my emotions.
